The 4 Reasons why I didn’t Complete my Goals

The 4 Reasons why I did not Complete my Goals

At the beginning of this year, I made the new years resolution to complete monthly goals. Ironically, that lasted all but 15ish days.

During the month of January, I stopped working on all my side hustles and focused on this blog. In my adventure of trying to turn this blog into a money maker, I neglected my others. If you would like to read about my January Goals, click here.

Below is a list of reasons why I put aside my other money makers.

4 Reasons I didn't complete my goals
1. Swagbucks Made Changes

As much as I love Swagbucks (and I mean I love them), they changed some things up making it harder to make money from them. Some of their videos used to be worth 6 SB so letting the videos just run was worth it. Now, the videos are worth 3 SB meaning that you have to watch 2 of the videos just to get the value of the one. 2. OnePulse Deficiency

One pulse is one of my favorite apps to get easy and small amounts of cash. The downside is that, while you are earning cash, you also earn points to level up. The more you level up, the less surveys there are to fill in the gaps. Below is how I did this month for this app.

3. Qmee Issues

This month, most of the quizzes on Qmee were too long for me to be able to do while I was at work. As soon as I got the chance to sit down and actually complete the quizzes, they had already reached their limit of submissions. I didn’t end up getting any change for this app.

4. Lack of Motivation

Now this one had nothing to do with the apps. I really lacked motivation to spend my time on these apps instead of working on monetizing my blog. The only app that didn’t really involve me paying attention was my Achievement app. It’s actually the only app were I reached my goals this month!

3,500 out of 3,500 100%

As you can see, there are many reasons why I didn’t reach my goals this month. However, I am not giving up on these apps as sources of income. I’ve decided not to use them as a blog post though because I don’t want to spend every month explaining why I didn’t reach my goals.
